Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with 5 free days. Cancel at any time during the trial and you won’t be charged. We send you a reminder the day before the trial ends. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged to your Apple ID or Google account.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Flamico → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Flamico → Cancel. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them under their own policies. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, Google Play lets you request a refund from your order history. If anything goes wrong, write to support@flamico.app and we’ll help.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Change your plan in the same subscription settings. Apple and Google apply the change at the right moment and adjust what you pay.
Does one subscription work on my other devices?
Yes, on every device signed in with the same Apple ID (iPhone) or the same Google account (Android). Restore your purchase from Settings in the app.
Will my bank statement say what the app is for?
No. The charge comes from Apple or Google Play, not from a site or service with an embarrassing name.
Will the price go up?
If we ever change prices, Apple and Google tell you in advance, and in many countries you have to agree before an existing subscription renews at a higher price.
